Flow Hotel

During the design and construction of the four-star Flow Hotel near M5 motorway, 88 rooms, a restaurant, a conference room, a wellness unit and a gym were made up. The hotel offers high quality services not only to tourists but also to the participants of conferences and weddings. Its rooms offer accommodation for two hundred persons and its conference room is capable to receive three hundred persons.
During the construction works our strategic partner, bim.GROUP covered the whole spectrum of design works: from conception design to construction design, the whole process was "in the house" - both in terms of mass formation and interior design. When designing the hotel, it was challenging to map the arched facade, to optimize it by parametric design (to ensure appropriate pinking), to carry out product design and to manufacture it from bent, perforated "bronze" composite panels. Fixing of the perforated, arched covering to the unique supporting structure was a further challenge but our employees have solved it successfully.
In addition to the employees of bim.GROUP, KÉSZ Metaltech also took part in construction of the hotel: the whole facade covering (660 m² perforated composite and 2500 m² PREFA Alu covering) was manufactured and installed by KÉSZ Metaltech. Furthermore, dvb Kft. also participated in the project by construction of the reinforced concrete structure.
