We operate as a group of companies and currently our whole portfolio comprises near 100 member companies and strategic partners engaged in the most various scope of activities. OUR COMMUNITY LIFE

With us life is not only about work. New entrants are regularly invited to common teambuilding events and we spend much time together also during the year apart from work in the strict sense of the word. We have numerous interesting campaigns in which everyone may participate in very many activities to his or her liking. We have organized local marketplaces, movie clubs, stand up comedy performances, workshops, roundtable conversations, summer teambuilding programs for several hundreds of participants, office opening events, jubilee celebrations, walking dogs and, of course, the most favorite Santa Claus celebrations and Christmas parties. You can find our colleagues in the assembly-rooms playing FIFA but we like to play sports live as well. You can join our various sport clubs as well. You can find here cyclers, anglers, runners and, of course, football players. Moreover, if you think so, you can establish your own club. We support all movements that build the community in some way or another.

We work in three main sites and on many projects. We have places of business in Budapest, Kecskemét and Szeged, but we have projects in every corner of the country. Non-manual jobs
You can find a wide range of non-manual positions in our company, as we operate offices in our all three places of business - Budapest, Szeged and Kecskemét - and our teams are present in the project sites everywhere in the country. We employ more than 1000 employees in various engineering, financial, economic, purchasing, logistic, IT, HR, marketing and administrative jobs.
Manual jobs
Our manufacturing and installation units operate in Kecskemét and Szeged where welding, locksmith, machine operator, painting, maintenance and installations jobs are widely available and in Budapest where we employ typically electrical fitters. Our fit-out team, which works in the whole area of the country, can be joined from Budapest. Our own manual staff consists of ca. 600 employees and implementation of our projects is assisted by additional interim employees.
Apprentice and student job ooportunities

APPRENTICE WORK

We are waiting for the applications of apprentices in all the three locations, typically for an indefinite term, both for non-manual and manual jobs. We advertise vacant positions if any demand for additional resources arises. In such cases employment is entered into through the school cooperative.

INTERNSHIP

We gladly provide an opportunity also for a compulsory, fixed-term, summer internship. In KÉSZ it is typical mostly in the engineering areas but you can become employed in other fields as well. In such cases we conclude contracts directly with the school.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS IN KECSKEMÉT

Furthermore, we are proud of our succession program in Kecskemét, in which our students acquire the practical experience necessary for vocational training in our own manufacturing units in Kecskemét and, at the end of the training, we offer jobs for the best of them.

PROCESSING CVs

Applications received will be reviewed and assessed by the recruiter responsible for the recruitment process within a few days.

 

RESPONSE

If, based on the pre-screening, we also think that the position you applied for may be suitable for you, we will contact you by phone and discuss further issues. Otherwise, we will notify you of the result via email and encourage you to look around our other open positions, hoping to find something else that piques your interest.

 

Pre-filtering by phone

During the first phone call, you discuss with the recruiter the main focal points, criteria and your most relevant experiences. If we still mutually believe that it is worth progressing in the selection, the recruiter will discuss your application with the hiring manager in the next step.

 

Interview - Tests

Depending on the nature and level of the position, we usually hold interviews in a minimum of 1 or a maximum of 4 rounds, online or in person, but the most typical is to combine the two. Occasionally, a professional test is also part of the selection process.

 

Offer & Agreement / Signing the contract

After the decision of the recruiter and managers, we will inform you about the result. In case of a successful application, we will first notify you by phone and then send you the offer in written form.

  • Before the conversation, please contact the Recruitment Specialist with your questions. He is your number one point of contact in the selection rpocess.
  • In case of an online interview, provide the appropriate technical background and check its operation in time!
  • Based on the information and description you receive during the pre-screening, think in advance about the main criteria for the position concerned for which you already have professional experience.
  • Your personal insights, attitude, and main qualities are important, so we recommend that you think about how you can communicate them during the interview.

Entry

If at the end of the selection process we can make an offer and you decide that you would like to join our team, we will work on your quickest and smoother onboarding as possible. This is already handled by another team in the HR department, who will contact you by phone after filling out the online data request form to agree on the date of mandatory medical check-up, the date of conclusion of the contract and the exact date of entry.

 

Orientation

As the first day of your new job approaches, we'll share information materials about ourselves so you can get to know us better and always know what to expect next.

 

Adaption

On your first day, you will be greeted first by our HR colleagues, then you will be escorted to your new team, where a mentor will help you integrate and learn as easily and quickly as possible during your probation period (first three months).
