The FLOW Hotel in inárcs is completed

KÉSZ Group took part in construction of a new four-star hotel in Inárcs, Pest County. We participated in the project from concept design to construction design: the general building design works of the hotel were assigned to bim.GROUP, the strategic partner of KÉSZ Group; the structural engineering works were carried out by KÉSZ Metaltech Kft., and the reinforced concrete structures were constructed by dvb Kft.

The four-star Flow Hotel built in Inárcs was handed over on 16 March and so KÉSZ Group could acknowledge completion of a new successful project. The hotel constructed near the M5 motorway was implemented as a 4.5 billion forint project. During design and construction 88 rooms, a restaurant, a conference room, a wellness unit and a gym were constructed. From now on, the hotel offers high-standard services for the participants of conferences and weddings, in addition to tourists. Its rooms offer accommodation for two hundred guests and its conference rooms are suitable to receive three hundred guests.

During the construction our strategic partner, bim.GROUP covered the whole scope of designing: the whole process from concept design to construction design was "internal" - in respect of both mass forming and interior design. When designing the hotel, it was challenging to map the arched facade, to optimize it by parametric design (to ensure appropriate pinking), to carry out product design and to manufacture it from bent, perforated "bronze" composite panels. Fixing of the perforated, curved covering to the individual supporting structure represented an additional challenge; and our colleagues have solved all of the challenges successfully.

In addition to bim.GROUP's employees, KÉSZ Metaltech also took part in completion of the hotel: the whole facade covering (660m2 perforated composite covering and 2500m2 PREFA Alu covering) was manufactured and constructed by KÉSZ Metaltech. Furthermore, dvb Kft. also was a participant responsible for concrete structure construction.
