Pillar Office Building
Pillar office building was constructed in the 13th district, as a part of the office corridor at Váci road, in Dózsa György road, upon the order of the GTC Group, by KÉSZ Group as general contractor, in a turnkey condition. In most of the total area of more than 44,000 m2 of the facility, the rented area was constructed in a high quality, as the office of the future, according to the demands of ExxonMobil, an American multinational company. The complex includes a green garden, cafés, sport facilities, a conference center and, principally, the office area.
Pillar was given an emphatic cityshape: owing to the alternation of narrower and wider wings of the building, the building bodies and rounded building corners give a characteristic view to the office building. During the project we used a 4,300 m2 of suspended tray panels, 2,100 m2 of plane composite panels and 6,000 running meters of colored closing profiles. The building with lively mass formation, colorful lamellas, much green and water surfaces was constructed with participation of the dominant companies of the Group and blazes as one of the jewels of the office market. The facility was awarded a LEED Gold qualification.
