Benczúr Street 11

In the case of Benczúr street 11, we were entrusted to construct a multi-apartment residential building and an office building by reconstructing the existing protected building in monumental quality. The project was implemented upon the order of Pannónia Pension Fund.

In the complex of 3 separate buildings connected on the ground-floor, 39 new apartments of an area between 30-150 square meters and an office area of 1,850 square meters were constructed. The facility includes a green-zone landscaped formal garden and a 3-storey underground car park with total 56 parking lots. The specialty of the building was - among others - the juncture of modern and classic lines and the use of unique architectural solutions.  

KÉSZ Építő és Szerelő Zrt. was the winner of the Construction Award of Excellence 2021, the highest recognition in the construction industry, for the construction of the Benczúr 11 project in the category of multi-apartment residential buildings.
