Transilvania Bank Central Headquarters
KÉSZ Romania's outstanding project bearing the BREEAM Excellent qualification is construction of the Transilvania Bank's headquarters in Kolozsvár, which was started in 2019 and it was handed over in 2022. The walls of Transilvania Bank's headquarters in Kolozsvár are decorated by exposed concrete in a huge surface with wood grain finish. Embedding of the heating and cooling systems and the electric network in the concrete supporting structure was really challenging, apart from the partial post-tensioning of the structure, and it required very precise cooperation. As a result, the elegant office building of 40,000 m2 with a 3-storey underground car park, consisting of total 8 stories and 260 parking lots accommodates more than 1,400 employees.
