Hexagon Offices

Our first investment in Romania was the "A" category Hexagon Offices in Kolozsvár bearing the BREEAM Excellent qualification. The facility was built originally as a hospital by KÉSZ Romania but we were compelled to take it over from the customer and to search for a new business utilization and function for the structurally complete building and we converted it to an office building. The imposing office building is located at one of the busiest pulse points of the town, near the city center and the major transport junctions and it accommodates also KÉSZ Romania's team consisting of more than 120 persons. The office building equipped with environmentally-friendly solutions using renewing energy sources applies for filling an emblematic role in the development boom of the business life of Kolozsvár with its 21st century equipment.
