KÉSZ Group welcomed its colleagues who have been with the company for 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years at a Jubilee Gala Dinner

This year, for the sixth time, KÉSZ Group celebrated its staff at the now-traditional Jubilee Celebration at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Conference Centre in Kecskemét. The special event celebrated employees who have been loyal, persistent and exemplary members of the Group for 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years. Including this year's celebrated employees, the number of colleagues celebrating their jubilee with the Group has increased to more than 500.

This year, a total of 119 people received the award: 62 colleagues have been with the company for 10 years, 34 colleagues for 15 years, 18 for 20 years and 5 KÉSZ colleagues – as true veterans – have been part of our large team for 25 years. The Group is proud to have employees who have been with KÉSZ Group for no less than thirty years. Their expertise is a crucial and indispensable pillar of day-to-day operation. Their extraordinary commitment and loyalty is exceptional and highly appreciated by the Group.

Dumaszínház comedian András Péter Kovács set the mood for the evening, whose performance was followed by a speech by CEO Tamás Vida, who also praised the loyalty and professionalism of the Group's jubilee colleagues:

"To be a pillar of a company, to work hard in one place for many years is still an honourable thing. It embodies commitment, knowledge, loyalty and, last but not least, security."

The ceremonial presentation of the certificates took place afterwards. The jubilee colleagues were congratulated by Mihály Varga, founder and chairman of the Supervisory Board, and CEO Tamás Vida. After the dinner, the celebrated employees were given many opportunities to capture the occasion: for example – as a prime example of the Group's digitalisation efforts – there was a sketch robot drawing from a photo, as well as a souvenir photo shoot, where all participants could take home the pictures taken at the event in a special jubilee photo frame.
