KÉSZ Group most attractive employer in the construction industry

KÉSZ Group is Hungary's most attractive employer in the construction and real estate category according to the 2024 Randstad Employer Brand Research. The list of the most attractive Hungarian workplaces was announced at a gala event in Várkert Bazár, where the special award for KÉSZ Group was accepted by CEO Tamás Vida, and Head of Marketing Communications Tímea Zima.  

Several internationally-recognised and well-known brands won individual awards in their respective categories. This time around, KÉSZ Group also made it into the prestigious Randstad rankings. LEGO, BT (British Telecommunications) and Mercedes-Benz were ranked the top 3 of the overall list according to employee opinion. In addition to KÉSZ Group, Libri, Magyar Nemzeti Bank, MOL, Novartis, Accent Hotels, Coca-Cola, Szerencsejáték Zrt., Magyar Telekom, Wizz Air and Lufthansa Systems were the only companies to receive special awards in their category.

In addition to recognising the workplaces deemed most attractive, the prestigious event also offered a complex overview of what Hungarian employees want, according to the latest Randstad survey. Attractive pay and benefits packages remain the most important factors in job choice preferences in 2024, the research shows. Employees also value a pleasant working atmosphere, but their relationships with colleagues and managers is of key importance as well. The financial stability of the employer, workplaces with long term positions and, thus, without threat of redundancy, and where there is the possibility of work-life balance are all rated as important – the latter has increased in importance compared to two years ago.
