Würth Office

KÉSZ Építő és Szerelő Zrt. successfully delivers the Würth Office Building

The Würth project is a priority not only for KÉSZ Építő és Szerelő Zrt. team, but the entire KÉSZ Group, and it has now reached a new milestone. KÉSZ Építő és Szerelő Zrt. and Würth's management have signed the handover documents for the investor's office building, thus successfully completing the second phase of the project (the first phase was concluded last August). As a result, KÉSZ Építő és Szerelő Zrt's client has now acquired an impressive office building and a functional warehouse.

There were a number of special circumstances arising during the project. The building is located in Égett valley of Törökbálint, on a plot of 30,500 square metres, and offers numerous innovations and developments to facilitate everyday work processes. In order to adapt to site conditions, workers had to deal with a difference in level of 18 metres. Implementation required the excavation of a significant amount of soil and the construction of a 6-metre high gabion wall to support the earth wall on the office building side. This allows storage up to 10 metres high, with separated hazardous material storage.

The parking level of the office building offers covered parking under the building for office staff on the 2nd floor. The floors have alternating open and closed spaces, separated by glass walls, where the company colours of lighter and darker greys and red dominate throughout. The ceilings of the corridors are bordered by red expanded sheet cladding, which gives the buildings a unique and stylish look. The frame of the buildings is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete, manufactured and supplied by dvb Kft.

The two floors of the office building have 800 square metres of glass, which was installed by KÉSZ Metaltech Kft. The facade cladding is made of impressive Arcelor sheeting and covers a total area of 520 square metres. Brackets on the facade optically separate the two floors, and the smaller brackets are clad with 4-metre long Alucobond panels. PROVIM Kft. was also involved in the project, supplying and installing high-voltage power supply for the entire site, and building a fire alarm and IT network with subcontractors. Ventor Kft. participated as the professional contractor responsible for the sprinkler and foam extinguishing system of the logistics hall.
