INDUSTRIK - The rebirth of a building in the DÉLÉP Industrial Park

Located in the industrial area of Szeged, at the main entrance of the DÉLÉP Industrial Park, our three-storey office building underwent comprehensive renovation in 2023, designed and funded by KÉSZ Group’s Real Estate Management Division.

The property has not only a new look now, but also a new name – INDUSTRIK – in line with the developing industrial environment around it.

With 1,270 square metres of gross lettable office space, the building has an accessible ground floor and provides tenants with sophisticatedly-designed shared bathrooms and kitchenettes. There will also be 30 outdoor parking spaces and bicycle storage areas available.

The building has been rebuilt in the spirit of environmental awareness, with energy-saving technical solutions installed. Thermal protection film on the windows and indoor shading technology guarantee an optimal climate, while state-of-the-art LED lighting, security and CCTV systems, modular floor carpeting and a VRV system further enhance the functionality and security of the office building, which will be complemented by a solar panel system down the line.
