KÉSZ Group is one of the largest construction companies in Hungary. Its successful international expansion, market independence, and sector-shaping role highlighted it among domestic competitors. KÉSZ Group's objective is to become one of the dominant companies in the Central Eastern European region and to achieve real international successes as a Hungarian company group there. Based on its results achieved in export markets, HEPA Magyar Exportfejlesztési Ügynökség Nonprofit Zrt. was able to participate in the Foreign Market Growth Support program initiated by HEPA Magyar Exportfejlesztési Ügynökség Nonprofit Zrt.
The Romanian subsidiary of KÉSZ Group, KESZ Constructii Romania SRL takes a prominent role in achieving the international objectives set.
In order to acquire the opportunities available in the environment at that time, KÉSZ Group planned to develop its Romanian subsidiary, KESZ Constructii Romania SRL, in a complex way. During the course of the project, a new real estate property was purchased to serve as the company's new place of business. After the establishment of the place of business, a production hall was constructed, and in combination with it, the purchase of the equipment for the production hall began. By implementing the project, KÉSZ Romania implemented adaptive innovation, through which it was able to provide services not previously available by learning to use the newly purchased technology and through technological knowledge transfer. The objective of the project was to increase the production capacity of the production plant to be established as a result of the project through technological novelties and innovations and to manufacture new products to be sold directly.
