KÉSZ Group's presence in Ukraine in the Ivano-Frankivszk region started in 2002 by acquisition and modernization of a factory in Kalush manufacturing "3 Betony" precast reinforced concrete structures. After this, in 2005 an independent subsidiary was founded, i.e. KÉSZ Ukraine (KÉSZ-UA Holding LLC) in Kiev. Accordingly, the Group has offered construction services as a general contractor, lead designer, manufacturer of metal and precast reinforced concrete components, in accordance with the European quality requirements for more than 17 years.  

"KESZ-UA Holding" is in possession of all resources and permits necessary for turnkey performance of works. The principal activities of KÉSZ Ukraine include elaboration of conceptional project solutions, general design works, general contracting tasks, construction and installation works, as well as manufacture, transport and installation of precast reinforced concrete structures produced in the 3 Betony plant. 

In the course of orders they undertake to obtain the town planning and technical documents instead of the customers, to work out the project in full in respect of all sections, to conduct the project evaluation and approval procedures and to provide designer's supervision. 

During its work in the Ukraine "KESZ-UA Holding" has constructed structures of more than 550,000 m2. A considerable part of their customers regularly return and approaches KESZ-UA Holding again for extensions to be implemented in their new projects in the Ukraine. Can any offer be better?
