KÉSZ Group founded KÉSZ Serbia in 2003. Its seat is in the capital of the country, in Belgrade. Its principal activity is general contracting but its activities include the full scope of construction and civil engineering works. Its design office offers solutions tailored to customer demands with short deadlines in all phases of the design process and it has a central documentation unit as well. It takes an active part in environmental, real estate utilization and construction and research and development projects as well.
The scope of its services is very wide and general designing includes design preparation, obtaining of technical documentation, complete elaboration of the project design documentation, permission and inspection. As a general contractor, it performs full management and implementation of construction projects, elaboration of financial plans and schedules and inspection of implementation. It works out conceptional solutions in the course of which they study, analyze and evaluate the potentials in the project and then it works out the budgets of construction projects by determining the technical and economic indicators. Its activities include the wide range of construction and installation works, such as preparation works, earthworks and foundation works, construction of building frames, roof systems and walls, industrial floor covering, installation of doors and windows, electrical and mechanical works, construction of residential buildings and bridges, infrastructure construction, steel structure works, etc.
The following projects belong – among others - to our Serbian subsidiary: construction of MAGNA’s manufacturing and warehouse hall in Odzac and the related office-social block, construction of the food factory of Dr. Oetker or construction of the Science and Technology Park in Újvidék, one of the most important scientific facilities of Serbia. Their major references include also condominium building in Bajina Bašta and Kikinda, reconstruction and transformation of the water supply suspension bridge above River West-Morava in Trstenik or reconstruction of the loft of the building of School Sisters of Notre Dame in Zrenjanin.
