Our Bistorant Restaurant in Szeged won first place in the premium category at the National Restaurant Week competition.
161 restaurants took part in the competition and the winners were selected on the basis of 3,526 guest ratings submitted.
“Finishing on the podium, let alone in first place in the premium category outside Budapest is an incredible honour bestowed on us by our guests. We take part in this competition every year, but so far we have only managed to win a silver medal. I think we have proved ourselves again this year in a very strong line-up. After seeing the dishes served up by our competitors, we still can't believe the result. It was a special pleasure to see that my colleagues, in addition to their outstanding performance day after day, now prepared each dish with even more care," emphasised Balázs Muráti, Executive Manager of Bistorant Restaurant.
Using our grandmothers' recipes as a base, the restaurant prepares high-quality dishes with a modern gastro-approach for its patrons. The youthful, familiar venue is an ideal place for a variety of gatherings and conversations over a delicious cocktail or a fine wine.
