KÉSZ Metaltech was honored with the ALUTA Excellence Award for its work on the facades of the TILIA Office Building
KÉSZ Group has received yet another prestigious professional recognition: KÉSZ Metaltech Kft. won the ALUTA Excellence Award in the large-scale project category for the construction of the facades of the TILIA Office Building in Szeged. The award recognizes outstanding engineering and construction performance in the field of aluminum and glass facade structures and is considered one of the most prestigious domestic honors in the industry.
The ALUTA Quality Award is particularly valuable feedback for the professionals involved in the project, as the facade is one of the building’s most defining elements, serving architectural, technical, and sustainability goals simultaneously.
During the project’s implementation, the design team at Alufe Kft. a member company of KÉSZ Group played a key role in the high-quality specialized design of the glass facade, contributing to the technical and aesthetic quality of the facade system.
bim.GROUP also participated as a strategic partner in the detailed design, with a particular focus on the building’s facade and cladding systems. As part of the design tasks, plans were developed for, among other things, the exterior and interior fiber-cement cladding (Equitone system), the louvers in front of the curtain wall, and the suspended ceiling and louvered designs for the entrance areas.
This latest award also marks the third major professional recognition KÉSZ Group has received in connection with the TILIA Office Building. The project previously won the HuGBC Zero Carbon Award in the renovation category, in recognition of the development’s sustainability and environmental performance. In addition, in 2025, TILIA received the Office Building of the Year award, which recognized the building’s high architectural quality, innovative solutions, and outstanding user experience.
We would like to thank all our colleagues for their high-quality work in bringing this project to fruition!
