In an interview with Portfolio, Béla Ármos, the new CEO of KÉSZ Építő és Szerelő Zrt., talked about how he sees the situation in the domestic construction industry and what directions he considers key for the coming period. His medium-term plans include organizational rationalization, strengthening central management, market acquisition, and increasing the visibility of KÉSZ Group—all with the aim of not only adapting to challenges but also turning them into advantages.
In the interview, Béla highlighted the strengths of KÉSZ Group:
"We are part of a holding company that covers the entire construction industry vertical: from design to manufacturing and construction to operation, we are present across almost the entire spectrum of the construction and energy industries... We are able to provide fast and flexible project services, which means we can 'weather' even the most difficult periods."
According to the CEO, the key to the future lies in strengthening the Group's international presence, exploiting new opportunities in the energy sector, and making the group's values more visible. During the conversation, he also mentioned some of our most significant projects, such as the MOL Tower, Hungaroring, and the National Athletic Stadium.
