Béla Ármos: Based on strong professional foundations, we are developing an even stronger management structure

In an interview with Magyar Építők, Béla Ármos, CEO of KÉSZ Építő és Szerelő Zrt. and member of the board of directors of KÉSZ Holding Zrt., spoke about the organizational transformation of the group, the management directions necessary for more efficient operation, and how we are further strengthening project management, quality assurance, and digitization.

Béla emphasized during the conversation that one of KÉSZ Group's greatest competitive advantages is that we are able to cover the entire construction industry vertically within the company, which means stability, more flexible resource management, and high performance reliability. In addition, the discussion also touched on how we are further developing project management, strengthening our quality assurance approach, and applying digitalization tools in a more comprehensive manner—including BIM-based, centralized information management (CDE) and LEAN developments.
