Special covering of the interior of Hotel Dorottya is in progress

Our Hotel Dorottya project has arrived at a stage in which a special work process was implemented successfully. In this project KÉSZ Metaltech as the subcontractor of Market Építő Zrt. performs covering of the interior space, consisting of a long-span steel structure and special glazing works from design through manufacturing to implementation, as well as construction of the roof steel structures of Mahart and Munnich buildings.

The glass panels' size is 3.5m x 4m and their weight is 1,250 kg each so their transport to the site and placing required a special technology. Their transport needed an inloader trailer and we used special glass pads and a crane truck for placing. The operation was successful for the first time and the glass panels were exactly put to the right place.
