Danube Terrace Grande

The largest housing development project is Danube Terrace Grande launched in 2021. The construction works are still in progress. In the course of the project total 790 apartments are constructed in two blocks, on 9 residential levels, in 9 staircases, supplemented with an underground car park equipped with electric car chargers. The apartments are prepared so as to become smart homes and, for the purposes of energy efficiency, they are constructed with a ceiling heating and cooling system. Not only the buildings but also new streets, walkways with parks and playgrounds will also be constructed. The nature of the works is unique because the 790 apartments ordered by one customer will be constructed based on the customers' individual, custom-made demands, so customer management belongs also to the tasks of the Group
