BIM program

Nowadays it is indispensable that the projects become faster, more predictable, more sustainable and more cost-efficient and this can be achieved by changing over to digitalization of the construction industry, including BIM (Building Information Management), i.e. model-based building information management. The use of BIM approach is based on process-oriented operation and structured data collection, as well as the digital storage and use of these data. The BIM strategy of KÉSZ Group was adopted in Q1 2022 and its prominent element is change of attitude, including both internal and market education. In 2022 KÉSZ Group's almost 700 employees received BIM training held by the trainers who held also the BIM engineer training of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. In order to facilitate the change of attitude, we have launched also external and internal communication campaigns to share our Group's best practices and the individual steps of the strategy with our employees, as well as to present an example to the industry and to encourage all market operators to start digitalization similarly to us.
