We won a sustainability award at the Forbes Hungary 100 Gala
On Thursday, Forbes celebrated the outstanding corporate achievements of the year with a grand event, Hungary 100 Gala, held at the House of Hungarian Music. The corporate awards were decided by a professional jury, who evaluated the nominees based on innovation, management, and sustainability criteria. During the assessment, they considered the efforts companies make to ensure the long-term sustainability of their operations, the extent to which they work on a market basis, the quality of their management, how much they invest in innovation, and whether they have created any new proprietary assets (tools, procedures, software, brand) that support profitability.
This year’s jury members were Veronika Pistyur (Bridge Budapest), Eszter Varga (PannonHitel Zrt.), Ági Gólya (Forbes), and Gergő Zsiborás (Forbes).
We are pleased to share that one of the Forbes Sustainability Awards was won by the KÉSZ Group. The award was presented by László Bárány Sr. to our owner, Mihály Varga.
The justification highlights that, despite operating in a challenging sector, our corporate group has developed a comprehensive sustainability strategy extending to 2030, which we reassess each year and report on transparently. We also consistently select our supplier partners based on these principles. In addition, our multigenerational operations are governed by a family constitution that provides a stable, long-term framework for our continued growth.
Thank you for the recognition!
